The Kerry Way Walking Route passes by at the house, making it the ideal place for your stopover. But we're not only the perfect base for walking but for many more activities as well as for sightseeing tours on Iveragh Peninsula. Our quiet location in one of the most scenic areas of Ireland assures a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Our house will suit those who love tranquility in a scenic area; walkers on the Kerry Way or climbing Purple Mountain; anglers who can fish for free in Gearhameen River; cyclists on their way on the backroads of Iveragh Peninsula, and everybody who loves the view of mountains and the dark blue lakes of County Kerry. We are in walking distance to the Gap of Dunloe as well as to the Upper Lake of Killarney. Moll's Gap in Killarney National Park is just a 20 mins. drive away.


We offer rooms en suite and rooms with unattached private shower. All rooms have views on the mountains and the Black Valley. The house is centrally heated.

Evening meals as well as packed lunches are available, but must be prebooked at least 24 hrs in advance. Luggage transfers can be arranged for walkers on the Kerry Way. We co-operate with Lough Acoose House B&B on the way to/from Glencar - in a perfect days walking distance from our house on a beautiful track.
